This manual covers everyday Odoo 16 workflows and the procedures of the Brazilian localization. Select an area from the home page or search for the task you want to perform.

How to read the guides

KMEE procedures explain the business task, prerequisites, steps, expected result and common problems. The reference sections provide additional details for standard Odoo features. Use the Brazilian procedure when an OCA or KMEE workflow differs from the native application.

What has been checked

The site is checked for local navigation, images, language variants and edition filtering. The Brazilian localization scenarios were run and recorded in Odoo 16, and the values in their examples were checked automatically. Every operation depends on how the company is configured, so check each procedure in the environment where it will be used.

Availability and limits

Some applications are outside this manual, such as Studio, the full Quality app and the native Enterprise budgets. Service integrations such as NFS-e, NFC-e and CT-e, along with company customizations, need their own implementation and reviewed procedures. A menu or an installed module does not prove that an external service is configured.

Screenshots can use an earlier interface and retain their recorded version and date. KMEE procedures are available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Imported translations may retain English passages when translation is missing or has broken formatting or links.
