Review eSocial events and transmission batches

Follow an event through local validation, batching, transmission and processing results. The installed module does not make every event type or company scenario automatically ready for filing.

Before you start

The payroll team must confirm the event, period and required predecessor events. The administrator must configure the company, certificate, communication dependency and restricted or production environment. Real-service transmission has not been executed in this documentation session.

Step by step

1. Prepare and validate the event

Open eSocial > Events and locate the event for the company and period. When generating remuneration from a supported payslip, use Gerar S-1200 eSocial and review the created record. Check employee, identifiers, period and payload before choosing Validar. Resolve the reported problems at their source.

2. Review the batch before transmission

Open Transmission Batches and create a draft for the correct company and group. Adicionar Eventos Validados collects validated events without a batch for that company; inspect the entire resulting list, not just the event you intended to send. Check grouping, duplicates and prerequisites before choosing Transmitir.

3. Check the result of each event

Use Consultar Resultado for a batch with a protocol. Inspect every event’s response, receipt and errors. Preserve the protocol and receipts with the payroll review. A transmitted batch or locally validated event is not the same as an accepted event.

Expected result

Each supported event has a traceable local record, batch and processing outcome; rejected or pending events remain visible for correction.

If something goes wrong

For missing certificate or communication-library messages, request environment configuration from the administrator. For an event rejection, review its specific code and prerequisite events with payroll. Before resending after a timeout, consult the existing protocol and check whether the event already has a receipt.
