Review vacation, thirteenth salary and termination payslips¶
Use the installed Brazilian salary structures and inspect their inputs and calculation limits before confirmation.
Before you start¶
Payroll staff must provide the approved calculation for the actual contract and period. These installed structures require review of the company scenario; the guide describes software operation, without determining employee entitlements.
Step by step¶
1. Select the intended structure¶
Create the payslip with employee, contract and dates. Select Férias, 13º Salário - 1ª Parcela, 13º Salário - 2ª Parcela, 13º Salário or Rescisão according to the reviewed process. Check that the same payment was not already included in another payslip.
2. Check the specific inputs¶
For vacation, reconcile approved absence, allocation and the Abono Pecuniário option. For thirteenth salary, review the calculated Avos de 13º and enter the first installment already paid when appropriate. For termination, review reference date, salary balance and proportional amounts with payroll.
3. Inspect calculation limits¶
The current implementation derives vacation days on the payslip from the abono option, using fixed 20/30-day values. It does not by itself reconcile all actual vacation balances. The proportional termination calculation does not include overdue unused vacation from completed acquisition periods. Also review an allocation showing one day after loss of entitlement: the implementation can retain that value to satisfy a system constraint. Resolve these cases with payroll before confirmation.
4. Calculate, compare and confirm¶
Choose Compute Sheet and compare every earning, deduction, base and net amount with the approved calculation. Correct inputs and recalculate. Confirm only the reviewed payslip, then inspect its report and accounting entry. Handle payment and eSocial as subsequent processes.
Expected result¶
A payslip whose structure, inputs, unsupported cases and final amounts were reviewed by payroll.
If something goes wrong¶
Do not treat a successful calculation as evidence that every vacation or termination scenario is implemented. If the approved amount cannot be reproduced, keep the payslip unconfirmed and identify the missing rule or input for correction.
