Brazilian localization

These guides are written for Odoo 16 and companies using the Brazilian localization maintained by the OCA. Select your language at the top of the page.

Check your working context

Before changing a record, check the active company and whether you are in a test or production environment. Use the permissions and operating procedures defined for your role.

Screenshots identify their Odoo version and capture date. They may show an earlier interface while remaining useful for locating fields and understanding a task. Follow the instructions for your environment when button names or positions differ. The current demo screenshots use Portuguese; the guide text is available in all three languages.

The Enterprise switch adds guides for those features. It only changes the documentation displayed here; it does not change your Odoo environment or subscription.

Follow a complete task

Start with customer registration, then continue to preparing a quotation and confirming the sale. Related guides stay inside this portal.

For Brazilian fiscal procedures

The OCA localization has its own fiscal configuration and document workflows. Follow the procedure validated for your company’s environment and ask the fiscal team when an operation, registration, or calculation needs clarification.

Choose the task below. Each written procedure identifies its prerequisites and the checks needed before treating the operation as complete. See scope and validation for the evidence and limitations of this edition.
