What does KMEE's Artificial Intelligence service include?
A digital operator for your company: a free assessment to map the highest-return routines, a pilot with a fixed scope and continuous evolution. It works on the Odoo you already have, from v12 onward, Community or Enterprise. The main deliverables include: KMEE Gateway configured, agents trained on your processes, automations and team training.
Does it work on my older Odoo?
Yes. The AI layer runs outside Odoo and talks to versions 12 and later, Community or Enterprise, in your cloud or on your server. You do not need to upgrade your version or plan to get started.
What is the difference between the AI service and the KMEE AI product?
They complement each other. KMEE AI is the product, the ready-made platform (gateway, agents and AI integrations on top of Odoo). The Artificial Intelligence service is the delivery: KMEE configures the gateway, trains the agents on your processes and deploys the automations in your environment. The KMEE AI product is under Products in the menu.
