KMEE INFORMATICA LTDA ("KMEE", "we"), registered under Tax ID 53.041.714/0001-04, headquartered in Itajubá/MG, Brazil, is committed to protecting the personal data of our website visitors and clients, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

2. Data We Collect

When you fill out forms on our website, we may collect: full name, email address, phone number, company Tax ID, company name, and messages sent through the contact form.

We also automatically collect: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and traffic source.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to: respond to contact and quote requests, provide information about our Odoo services, improve website experience, send relevant communications (with your consent only), and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google (Analytics / Tag Manager) for traffic analysis. Contact forms and live chat are handled by KMEE itself in our Odoo CRM; we do not use third parties for form capture or chat. Storage: your data is kept on KMEE's own infrastructure, in datacenters in Brazil, the United States, and Europe. Website and landing page hosting: we use cloud hosting and CDN providers, which may process data in transit on servers in Brazil and abroad. International transfer: part of the processing and storage may occur outside Brazil (US and Europe), with the safeguards provided by the LGPD for international data transfer.

5. Your Rights (LGPD)

Under the LGPD, you have the right to: confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, revocation of consent, portability, and information about data sharing.
