Technical diagnostic
We map your current platform (Magento/Shopify/VTEX/legacy Odoo), traffic volume, customer base, tax rules and checkout flow. We leave with a realistic implementation plan.
Custom architecture
Storefront wireframes, data model, integration with your Odoo, auth flow (Supabase or existing SSO), payment gateway, shipping. You approve before we code.
Iterative implementation
Weekly sprints with you following in staging from sprint one. No big-bang delivery. Catalog, cart, checkout, customer dashboard, admin panel.
Data migration
Catalog, customer base, order history, active vouchers, SEO redirects from the previous platform. We handle format diffs without information loss.
Supervised deployment
Go-live in scheduled window with rollback plan. Active monitoring during the first 7 days. Training your team to operate admin and curation.
Ongoing support
Monthly packages (8h, 20h, 40h) with SLA. Includes fixes, incremental evolutions, monitoring and dependency updates. Or we train your in-house team for full autonomy.
