Yes. With the OCA l10n-brazil tax localization installed, the NF-e is issued automatically after payment confirmation, with correct calculation of ICMS by destination state, ICMS-ST by NCM, DIFAL for final consumers in other states, and PIS/COFINS deductions according to the tax regime. KMEE performs the complete tax mapping before go-live.
How does the integration with Mercado Livre and Amazon Brazil work?
The integration syncs catalog, inventory and orders bidirectionally. Products registered in Odoo are published on the marketplaces with title, description, images and price. Received orders are imported automatically, generating the inventory pick, the NF-e and the shipping label. KMEE configures and certifies the integration with the official API of each marketplace.
Which payment methods are supported for Brazilian buyers?
PIX (QR Code and copy-and-paste code), registered bank boleto with configurable due date, credit card (installments up to 12x) and debit card, via integrations with PagSeguro, Mercado Pago, Cielo, Rede, Asaas and Iugu. Bank reconciliation is done automatically in Odoo's Finance module via the gateway's return.
How is DIFAL calculated for sales to consumers in other states?
With the OCA l10n-brazil localization, Odoo automatically calculates the DIFAL (rate differential) for sales to non-taxpayers in other states, in accordance with Constitutional Amendment 87/2015, LC 190/2022 and ICMS Agreement 236/2021. The split between origin and destination state is configured by year (100 percent to the destination state since 2019), and the GNRE form can be generated by the system.
Is it possible to have a B2B store with prices tailored to each customer?
Yes. Odoo eCommerce supports price lists by customer or customer group, with login-restricted access. Resellers see wholesale prices, sales representatives see a specific price table, and end consumers see the retail price, all without exposing the differentiated prices to anyone who is not authenticated.
