Lot and Serial Number Traceability
Automatic FEFO and FIFO. Full traceability from origin to destination, essential for ANVISA (pharmaceutical, food) and MAPA (agribusiness).
Incoming NF-e via XML
Import of the incoming invoice XML, matching against the purchase order and automatic update of stock and costs.
Physical Inventory and Adjustment
Cyclic or full inventory with generation of Block H of SPED Fiscal. Adjustments with a recorded reason for tax audit.
Routing Rules (Push/Pull)
Define automatic movement routes: receiving -> quarantine -> stock, or stock -> shipping -> customer. Full flow flexibility.
Inventory Valuation
Average cost, FIFO or standard cost. Revaluation and direct integration with the general ledger for automatic reconciliation.
Picking and Shipping
Picking, packing and shipping orders linked to sales orders. Volumes, weights and carrier recorded on the NF-e, with the data the carrier uses to issue the CT-e.
Correios freight and labels
Integration with the Correios CWS API developed by KMEE: price and lead time quote directly in the sales order, pre-shipment created when validating the delivery, tracking code recorded in the document and PDF label attached automatically. The customer tracks the shipment through the portal.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Odoo Inventory support multiple warehouses in Brazil?
Yes. You can configure as many warehouses, zones and positions as you need, with transfer rules between branches and issuance of transfer NF-e.
How does incoming NF-e work?
You import the XML of the incoming tax invoice. The system validates it with SEFAZ, matches it against the purchase order and automatically updates stock and the general ledger.
Does the physical inventory feed SPED?
Yes. The OCA l10n-br-account module (maintained by KMEE) generates Block H of EFD-ICMS/IPI from the physical inventory recorded in Odoo.
Can I quote freight and issue a Correios label directly from Odoo?
Yes. The integration developed by KMEE talks to the Correios CWS API, the successor to SIGEP Web: on the sales order you get a price and lead time quote, and when the delivery is validated Odoo creates the pre-shipment, records the tracking code on the document and attaches the PDF label. Cancellation of the pre-shipment and the tracking link on the customer portal are also covered. You need a contract with Correios, a mailing card with the services enabled and the API access code generated on the CWS portal. KMEE configures and validates everything first in a staging environment.
Is it possible to track by lot with expiration date?
Yes. Odoo supports lot, serial number and expiration date, with automatic FEFO and FIFO strategies by product or category.
